Venue: Romney St Gym, Westminster, London. 
Time: 8am until 10am.
 
Price: £30 per person (payable on the day) 
Open To All.
You don't have to be a school member to attend this class... If George St Pierre, Roger Gracie & Braulio Estima (shown above) are training with Mike (the little guy with ginger hair) then you can be damn sure he can train you too...
 
Mike will open your eyes to new tricks and ideas in regards to your training no matter what your level..
£30 for 2 hours training with Mike will set you up for months to come..
Who is Mike Causer ?

Mike is a former elite level Olympic weightlifter who specialises in helping everyone from high ranking sportsmen to those who are new to fitness achieve their goals, whether that’s becoming a world champion or dropping a couple of dress sizes.


He has over a decade of experience as a trainer and has spent time working with some of the biggest names in sport and fitness. He combines this experience with lessons he learned over the course of his weightlifting career (during which he won three silver medals at the Commonwealth Games, ten national titles & set several national records, whilst being ranked in the top 100 in the world for Olympic weightlifting) to get incredible results with his clients.


He also has a remarkable gift for making sessions fun while also encouraging you to push yourself and achieve more than you thought was possible.


Is Mike just for elite level athletes / combatants ?


Absolutely Not !


Although Mike can help those who are at the very top of their game get even better, he is just as effective for people who are completely new to exercise.  And that’s the key to the way Mike works, because realising your fitness goals isn’t just about training harder.
Sure, you have to make an effort, but if you’re not doing it under the guidance of someone who knows how to motivate you and create a bespoke programme for you, then you won’t see results.


Mike’s range of training services are all backed up by sound training science and personal experience and if you know anything about the guys pictured above then you'll know that if these guys are using him then you should think about it too :-)

Weekend break In Amsterdam

Just got back from Amsterdam, Holland (my wife's birthday treat) and checked out Krav Maga whilst I was there - it looks to me like Krav Maga could be more well known in Holland than it is over here...

We stayed just in front of this windmill in one of the boathouses you see on the canal

Harry Potter & Twilight Saga Star Training In Krav

Jamie Campbell Bower of Harry Potter & Twilight Saga fame is training with me in Krav Maga - he's a cool guy and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the end result when the film is shown August next year.

Its called 'The Mortal Instruments' and Jamie is playing a guy called 'Jace Wayland' ..check it out !!

I went kitesurfing last week !!

New Slimmer Me !!

Well what can I say -

Lost the weight, gained the muscle and now looking towards upping the training - I'm on a straight 50 double under's skipping, a straight 30 non stop bodyweight pull ups, 30 box jumps and 10 (no leg) up & down rope climbs..all non stop & thats just the warm up - so watch out - cos I'm coming for you soon :-)

New Year / New Me !!!

The busy period starts now so 'Johnny who ate all the pies Aldcroft' needs to get into shape - I let myself go a bit over the Xmas / New Year period and was shocked to find I had put on a few kilos and definitely had the start of a truckers belly coming on.

My wife took some pictures to incentivise me and I'm now on 3 hardcore lunchtime gym sessions a week coupled with 3 x cardio sessions (I do myself) plus commencing the 'Paleo' diet.
